This FAQ explains the questions buyers ask most often about delivery, order tracking, support, refunds, and link security. How does delivery work after I purchase an item?
After payment is confirmed, Bloxium sends a confirmation email with a private order status link. You can use that page to track the order and open the built-in delivery ticket to contact us and arrange delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours after payment confirmation. However, delivery times are estimates only, and Bloxium reserves the right to complete delivery within 24 hours.
How do I contact you after purchase?
Use the private order status page linked in your confirmation email. From there, you can open the built-in delivery ticket and message us directly about timing, availability, or delivery details. You can also join our Discord server for support or claim questions.
Where will I receive the server link or join instructions?
When your order is ready, we may send a private server link or similar join instructions through the delivery ticket so you can join the correct server and receive the item.
Why do I need to keep my confirmation email and order link private?
Those links control access to your order tracking and delivery coordination. If you share them, someone else could try to claim the item, and we may not be able to verify who is on the other end of the shared link.
What should I send in the delivery ticket?
Send your Roblox username, timezone, availability, and any relevant delivery details so we can coordinate the handoff efficiently.
What if my order link is missing, invalid, or expired?
Use the order ID from your latest confirmation email on the Order Status page to reopen the correct private order page. If that still fails, contact support through the available order flow or in our Discord server.
Are orders refundable?
Because Bloxium sells digital goods and services, completed delivery is generally non-refundable except where non-waivable law requires otherwise. Refund review rules are explained in the Refund Policy.
Is Bloxium affiliated with Roblox?
No. Bloxium is an independent marketplace experience and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
