BLOXIUM
Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bloxium collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you browse the storefront, add items to cart, place an order, receive support, or interact with order status pages and related communications. For purchase conditions, also review our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Platform Disclaimer.
1. Information We Collect
Bloxium may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the service:
- contact information such as email address used for checkout, receipts, and support;
- order information such as item selections, quantities, prices, discounts, status history, and support tickets;
- technical and security information such as IP address, browser details, device signals, request logs, fraud indicators, and rate-limit events;
- cart and storefront interaction data such as cart session identifiers, selected products, and basic analytics events used to understand storefront usage and performance.
2. Payment and Checkout Data
Payments are processed by the payment provider you select at checkout. Bloxium may receive transaction status, order identifiers, payment method metadata, and anti-fraud signals from payment providers, but does not store raw full card numbers or equivalent payment credentials in Bloxium systems.
Order receipts, private status links, and customer support interactions may be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Because those links can be used to track the order and coordinate delivery, you are responsible for keeping your email account and order messages secure and for not sharing those links with third parties.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use collected information to operate, secure, and improve the storefront, including to:
- process orders, send receipts, and support digital goods fulfillment;
- prevent fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, and unauthorized automated activity;
- maintain logs, investigate disputes, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations;
- analyze storefront performance, product demand, and catalog effectiveness.
Depending on applicable law, we may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information only as reasonably necessary for the operation of the service, including with:
- payment processors and transactional infrastructure providers;
- email, hosting, analytics, security, and anti-fraud vendors acting on our instructions;
- professional advisers, acquirers, or authorities where required to protect rights or comply with law.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. If local law grants opt-out rights for certain categories of data sharing, you may exercise those rights where applicable.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
Bloxium may use browser storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies to preserve cart state, recover abandoned carts, maintain order flows, and measure storefront activity. Disabling certain storage features may affect site functionality.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, and service continuity. Retention periods may vary by data type, legal obligation, and operational need.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your email, device, and any account details used in connection with purchases. If someone else gains access to your order confirmation email or private order links, they may be able to view delivery details or attempt to receive the item, and Bloxium cannot independently control who is on the other end of a shared link.
7. International Transfers and Your Rights
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Some information may be retained despite a deletion request if needed for completed transactions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or defense of claims.
8. Children and Policy Changes
Bloxium is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required under applicable law to use the service or enter into purchases without appropriate authorization. If we learn that information was provided in violation of applicable law, we may delete it or restrict the associated activity.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
