BLOXIUM
Refund Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when Bloxium may grant or deny refunds for digital goods, virtual item transfers, and related services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Platform Disclaimer.
1. Nature of Digital Goods Sales
Items sold through Bloxium are digital, virtual, or service-based. Because delivery can begin quickly and virtual goods cannot ordinarily be returned in the same way as physical products, all sales are intended to be final once delivery, transfer, fulfillment, or meaningful access has begun or been completed, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.
After payment confirmation, buyers receive a private order status link by email and may use the built-in delivery ticket to track the order, contact support, and arrange delivery. Most orders are delivered within a few hours, but Bloxium reserves the right to deliver within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
2. Refunds We May Approve
Bloxium may, in its discretion or where required by law, approve a full or partial refund if:
- we fail to deliver the purchased item or service within 24 hours after payment confirmation, or within another expressly stated period, and cannot cure the issue;
- a duplicate charge, duplicate order capture, or confirmed payment-provider error occurred;
- the delivered item materially differs from the listing due to our verified error and the issue cannot be remedied;
- an order is canceled by Bloxium before fulfillment for stock, fraud, technical, or operational reasons.
3. Transactions That Are Generally Non-Refundable
Except where mandatory law states otherwise, refunds will usually not be available for:
- successfully fulfilled digital goods, completed transfers, or completed service performance;
- buyer remorse, mistaken purchases, or failure to read listing details before ordering;
- changes in in-game value, rarity, demand, market pricing, or platform popularity after purchase;
- delivery that is still in progress during our reserved 24-hour fulfillment window after payment confirmation;
- delays or failures caused by inaccurate buyer information, inaccessible accounts, or refusal to cooperate;
- losses, confusion, or unauthorized receipt attempts caused by the buyer sharing the order confirmation email, order status link, or delivery ticket link;
- consequences arising from platform moderation, game rule changes, account sanctions, or other third-party decisions outside Bloxium's control.
4. Cancellation and Statutory Withdrawal Rights
If applicable law grants a cancellation or withdrawal right for digital content or digital services, that right may be reduced, waived, or lost once performance begins or is completed with the customer's required express consent and acknowledgment, where such a process is legally effective.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
5. How To Request a Refund Review
If you believe a refund is justified, contact support promptly through the order status page or delivery ticket, or join our Discord server, and include your order identifier, purchase email, the item involved, and a clear description of the issue. Bloxium may request screenshots, account information, or additional verification before making a decision.
Refund reviews may be denied if evidence is incomplete, contradictory, fraudulent, abusive, or if a replacement, correction, or re-delivery is reasonably available.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you should contact support to give Bloxium an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order suspension, account restrictions, refusal of future transactions, and submission of delivery or fraud evidence to the payment provider.
7. Processing and Refund Method
Approved refunds are typically returned through the original payment channel unless another method is required by the payment provider or applicable law. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider, banking networks, compliance review, and transaction history.
